There is no capacity for cots at this property. There is no capacity for extra beds at this property.
Small pets are allowed at an extra fee.
We don't expect any! But if you break it, you pay for it.
No smoking is allowed inside the home. There are designated smoking areas outside the home with plenty of ashtrays. No butts on the ground, please!
The Fine Print:
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Bottled Water: Complimentary available for you on the first & second floor in the fridge.
Forgot Something? Complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouth wash, razors, pain reliever are available on request as well as a first aid kit.
Meals in the Dining Room or Sunroom: Since some of the guest rooms have no dining tables, we are pleased to provide table settings there upon request if you bring your own meal to the Inn.
Parking: For your safety and convenience, our guests are welcome to park their vehicles in front of the Inn or on the Cedar St. side of house.
Spa/Jacuzzi Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. If you want to use the hot tub, located in the garden area, please tell us 1–2 hours before. Additional large towels are in a basket in your room and in the hall on the 2nd floor.
Quiet Hours: We ask that televisions and loud music be turned down after 11:00 p.m. so that everyone may enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. Thank you!
